As Vice President of Operations, Maggie manages the day-to-day administration and operations of CWIC, translating the Board of Directors’ and CEO’s vision and goals into the everyday operations of the organization. She provides oversight and management of CWIC’s finance, accounting, human resources, contracts and information technology support functions.

Maggie was previously the Director of the Chicago City Council’s Committee on Human Relations (CHR). Prior to CHR, she was a longtime adviser to Alderman Helen Shiller on Development and Special Projects, Manager of the Law Office of Brendan Shiller and Assistant Producer for the Wicker Park Entertainment Group.

Maggie holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois.
